Very distracting. Very distracting.” At this point the crowd began chanting “Lock her up,” presumably referring to Pelosi....

Intelligence reports from the CIA and FBI have suggested possible Saudi links to the 2001 attacks on the United States. Fifteen of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia, as was Osama bin Laden. Saudi Arabia has long denied any link to the attacks. Some families of 9/11 victims have criticized Trump for hosting the event only a couple of dozen miles away from the former Twin Towers site in Manhattan....

Since June 9, the committee has held eight lengthy public hearings revealing what many analysts have described as “damning” evidence against Trump. As the House select committee investigating the events that unfolded on January 6 has gone public with televised hearings, Eastman emerged as a key focus. After Donald Trump lost the 2020 presidential election, Eastman allegedly helped him and his allies craft plans to block the electoral certification of Joe Biden in order to keep Trump in power. Even though Eastman is one of Trump’s closest allies, Cohen, who served a three-year prison sentence for tax evasion, campaign finance violations, and for lying to Congress, predicted that the former president would eventually turn on Eastman and Jeffrey Clark, who served as a lawyer under Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ)....

With respect to the Trump administration’s recent moves, first, it announced it had helped broker the Abraham Accord, a landmark agreement under which Israel and the United Arab Emirates will fully normalize diplomatic relations....
